These terms apply to eBooks, templates, AI resources, prompt packs, business kits, worksheets, digital tools, guides, downloadable files, courses, and other digital resources offered through SmartDigito unless different license terms are specifically stated on an individual product page.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a SmartDigito product, you agree to these License & Usage Terms.
1. Ownership of Digital Products
Purchasing a digital product from SmartDigito does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

- Upload purchased files to file-sharing websites or public repositories
- Give copies to other individuals or businesses
- Sell or distribute modified versions of the original product as a competing digital product
- Repackage SmartDigito products for resale
- Include the original product files in another downloadable product or bundle
- Share private download links
- Share customer account access for the purpose of providing unauthorized product access
- Claim SmartDigito’s original product as your own creation
- Remove copyright, ownership, license, or attribution notices where such notices are included
- Sublicense the product to another person or business
- Use the product in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights
Purchasing additional copies may be required where multiple independent users need access.
5. eBooks and Guides
SmartDigito eBooks, guides, reports, and educational materials are generally licensed for use by the purchaser.
You may read, study, and apply the information for your own permitted purposes.
Unless specifically permitted, you may not:
- Resell the eBook
- Redistribute the complete eBook
- Upload it publicly
- Share copies with others
- Rebrand it as your own eBook
- Sell a modified copy
- Extract substantial portions and package them as a competing product
You may apply ideas, methods, or knowledge learned from an eBook, subject to applicable intellectual property law and any specific restrictions stated in the product.
6. Templates
Editable templates may generally be customized for your own personal or internal business use.
You may change elements such as:

- Colours

- Layout elements where technically supported
However, modifying a template does not automatically give you the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly distribute the underlying template.

- Redistribute the prompt collection
- Publish the complete purchased prompt library
- Repackage the prompts as your own prompt product
- Sell substantially identical copies of the purchased resource
Outputs generated through third-party AI platforms may also be subject to the terms, policies, and intellectual property rules of those platforms.
SmartDigito does not control or determine the ownership status of outputs produced by third-party AI services.
8. Business Kits and Worksheets
Business kits, checklists, worksheets, planners, frameworks, and similar resources may generally be customized and used within your own business.
You may use them to support your own:
- Planning
- Operations
- Marketing
- Strategy
- Documentation
- Productivity
- Internal processes
Unless expressly permitted, you may not resell or redistribute the original files, substantially identical copies, or modified versions as standalone digital products.
9. Courses and Educational Content
Access to SmartDigito courses and educational content is generally intended for the purchasing user unless a different license is specified.
Course login credentials, videos, downloadable materials, lessons, and other protected resources must not be shared or redistributed without authorization.
You may apply knowledge learned through a course to your own work or business, but you may not reproduce or resell the course itself.
10. Digital Tools
The permitted use of digital tools may vary depending on the type of product.

A standard SmartDigito license does not automatically permit redistribution of purchased source files to clients or resale of the underlying digital product.

For example, using an AI prompt to help create original marketing content may be different from giving the client the purchased SmartDigito prompt pack itself.
Similarly, using a business resource internally while providing a service does not automatically give you permission to transfer or resell the original resource.
If a product includes specific commercial-use or client-use rights, those permissions will be stated on the product page.
12. Commercial, Extended or Resale Licenses
Some SmartDigito products may be offered with additional licensing options, such as:

- Extended License
- Team License
- Agency License
- Resale Rights
- Private Label Rights (PLR)
These rights apply only when they are explicitly included with the particular product or license purchased.
A standard purchase should not be interpreted as including resale rights, PLR rights, or unrestricted commercial distribution rights.

Purchasing a SmartDigito product does not automatically grant ownership or licensing rights to third-party content or services.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable third-party license requirements.
14. Trademarks and Brand Names
Third-party company names, product names, trademarks, logos, software names, and platform names referenced in SmartDigito products remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party product or service does not imply ownership, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
15. Unauthorized Distribution
Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, redistribution, or publication of SmartDigito products may result in:
- Suspension of download access
- Restriction or termination of customer account access
- Revocation of the applicable license
- Refusal of future access where reasonably necessary
- Appropriate action to protect intellectual property rights
Any such action will be taken subject to applicable law.
16. License Termination
Your license may be terminated if you materially violate these License & Usage Terms.
If a license is validly terminated because of a material violation, you must stop unauthorized use and distribution of the affected product.
Termination does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the customer.
